Refunds and Return Policy

• All Sales are Final.
• No refund except for no-stock item(s). Refund process will take within 30 days.
• No refund on any defective items. We will do exchange only.
• No refund on issue for example on situations: change of mind or just don’t like the item. We are willing to help on exchange only. However, we will not responsible on any postage fee/ delivery fee/ transport fee in this issue.
• No refund on not suitable, not match, change of mind.
• All payment made are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Customer can return damaged/wrong/faulty items (apart from sale items) within 7 days of receipt date for a refund of that item. Any lateness will not be entertained. Kindly contact us before proceed.
• Order(s) cannot be cancelled once it is being processed. No refunds and cancellation will be entertained.
• If there is a fault with the product:

– If you bring it back to us within 7 days with your proof of purchase, we will give you a replacement or the same amount of refund item. Please make sure the item is not being used and please retain the original packing and quality card. Any used, scratches or damages caused by own careless will not be accepted.

– If you do not have your receipt, as long as you have a proof of purchase, we will exchange the item immediately.

• Miri Departmental Sdn Bhd will not responsible on missing parcel/ lateness due to third party delivery partner.
• We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning and obtain a proof of posting.
