– Your orders will be processed on a daily basis on business days, which is Monday to Friday (except public holiday).
– The daily cut-off time for order processing will be 3.00 PM (GMT +8). We will send out your order on the next day, if we receive your payment information before 3.00 PM.
– We might delay your order delivery without prior notice due to technical or resources problem.
– If it so happens that your ordered item is out of stock, we will try our best to contact you before sending out your parcel. However, in certain conditions, we might refund you directly without prior notice.
– After sending out your parcel, we will inform you of the tracking number through your contact email. If you are not receiving your parcel after the promised leadtime, please contact the courier company directly.
– If you have given us an undelivered address or contact number thus causing the parcel to be rejected, we will not be responsible for resending the parcel to you. You will have to bear the additional shipping costs for resending the parcel.
