Kuih Cara Manis RecipeIngredients:
– 250gm Plain flour
– 1 tbsp Potato flour
– 2 Eggs
– 250ml Coconut milk
– 350ml Pandan leaf juice
– 1 tsp Baking powder, 1 tsp salt
– 1 tbsp Corn oil
– Apple green food coloring, to taste
– Filling: Coarse granulated sugar

Methods:
1. Eggs beaten with TRIO Hand Mixer THM-236 until fluffy.
2. In separate container combine all ingredients and pour in the eggs. Stir gently until smooth.
3. Filter and relax for 30 mins in the refrigerator.
4. Heat TRIO Snack Grill TSG-2442. Grease with a bit of oil.
5. Pour the mixture into each hole and sprinkle the sugar in the middle. Then, closed surface lid.
6. Cook until golden brown on the bottom surface. Lift with using small spoon and put the two parts into a whole. Ready to be served.
